Meet LEE
Lee is my wife ;-)
Funny story. Back in the day when I owned a gym, Lee came in to my gym after buying a GROUPON for my Kettlebells classes. Not only did she stay. She eventually became my wife! That Groupon paid off ;-)
On a serious note, Lee was one of my best transformations.
We immediately found out that she did not respond well to the higher rep, light weight approach to weight training. And doing Spin classes and sweaty yoga classes every day never lead her to build the lean muscular body she wanted.
What she needs was a program tailored to fit her MUSCLE FIBER TYPE, her BRAIN TYPE and unique Structure.
I dialed in the top 6 to 8 movements that bought her 80% of the results she wanted.

Meet Bob
Bob turned 70 in August and went on to set 3 American Records in the 5000, 6000 and 10,000 meters on the Concept 2 Ski Erg.
Not to mention he medaled at the World Championship Indoor ROWING competition several years ago in Paris. The cool thing is I introduced him to Concept 2 machines only one year prior to competing (He was also a nationally ranked Wrestler in College)
To say this guy is an incredible competitor is an understatement. Bob is an absolute BEAST!!!

It’s Me, FRANZ!
I practice what I preach and apply the same methods to my body that I apply to my clients.
I was a skinny kid growing up and never was able to put on weight until I hit around 30. Then by 40 I had gained 50 pounds from my college weight of 144 pounds.
I was very lean before when I was a college sprinter.
And as a Dad I’ve been on the fatter side as well.
Watching my body get fat over a decade was a rough process as it never aligned with my identity of the life long athlete. I was very self conscious about my love handles, man boobs and abdominal fat.
When I got over 190 pounds, I took back control and started getting lean again.
I know what my body needs.
It needs a blend of very heavy strength work, decent amount of speed and power work, daily walking (or hiking) and daily mobility work.
This is what optimizes my hormones and gets me strong and athletic looking (but certainly not a bodybuilder or big look).
I’ve always preferred the lean, sleek Jason Bourne type of physique.

First Strategy Session
I’ll get on a call with you (not some VA in another country) and we will focus on your primary goals, roadblocks and lifestyle to see if we are a good fit to work together.

Join program and Get Your Assessment
Once you join the 90 day program we will do an hour long zoom assessment covering mobility, strength and your overall fitness level and current needs.
You will also get set up with my fitness app and website where you will access all of your nutrition, training and lifestyle protocols.

I build out your roadmap
We will set up a time to talk and I will teach you your initial training plan, nutrition plan and daily habits you need to hit to ensure success.
I’ll put together a custom plan that fits into your current lifestyle, taking all of your current life factors into consideration.

Daily Coaching and Accountability.
With my private fitness app and health tracking website, it’s never been simpler to track the metrics that matter. Whatever wearable you have will sync with my website and we can look at your data every week to make sure you are on track.
You will get weekly coaching zoom calls with me to keep you accountable and make sure you are making progress towards your goals.
I’ll challenge you when I need to…of course in an encouraging way.
